  • Agile-based design, testing, iteration, and rollout of scalable design toolkits, templates, and design systems used by 30+ television stations, ensuring reliability, flexibility, and brand consistency across broadcast, digital, and print platforms.

  • Develop advanced After Effects solutions, including expression controlled toolkits and MOGRTs, to reduce manual effort, simplify complex animation logic, and empower end ussers with intuitive controls.

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and production pain points, researching and prototyping new processes that improve creative flow and reduce repetitive or error-prone tasks.

  • Champion the responsible integration of generative AI and automation, stress-testing tools and documenting best practices prior to organization-wide deployment.
